I tried to point out that Mrs Bugg was saluting with the wrong hand, but apparently that sort of thing is OK in the bugg world.

Transcript:

A flag flutters from the top of a flagpole, with alternating stripes in the main three-quarters of the field, the upper left quarter featuring a smiling, waving bugg. Mr and Mrs Bugg are holding hands and saluting it.

The text reads: “Junebugg 14, 1777: The Bugg and Stripes is adopted Congress as the flag of the United Buggs.”
